Chipotle's Okta Problem: More Than You Think!

No, your password for okta and accessing workday through the workday home page are not kept in sync. The employee sign in thing sucks i’ve had to change my password at least four times and i’ve only worked at chipotle for like 3 months. Why does it force you to change your password so often? I'm trying to log into okta and i know my employee id but not my password. I tried reseting it but it tells my to call the help desk.
